Chocolate is one traditional way of showing you care on St-Valentine’s Day. Lesley Chesterman has a mouth-watering list of local chocolate shops this morning in the Montreal Gazette. Some are recent arrivals and some have been making chocolate for many decades. You would think with these fine chocolates, word-of-mouth would be sufficient to spread the word. It is interesting that only one of these cannot be found on the Internet and some have websites that showcase what they offer.
